The history of school

1951- the first Training Centre for Young Nurses in Lower Silesia is founded

1956- founding of Nurse Assistants Training Centre

1961- the centre is being renamed into 2-year Vocational Medical School for PCK Medical Assistants

1963- founding of 5- year Secondary Nursing School

1966- founding of Secondary Medical School

1974- Medical College of further education is being opened with  nursing department

1982-  College extension of a new field of study – child minder

1985- school banner ceremony, giving of the school’s name after Tytus Chałubiński

1993-  School of Medical Professions is founded

2002- renaming the school into Vocational Medical College of further education consisting of Secondary Medical School and Vocational Medical College

2005- transforming the college into state College of Social Services

2010- the college is being transformed into the Group of Professional Schools in Jawor?
